Refreshing and Reviving Infusions

Traipsing round flower shows can be very tiring so make yourself a delicious infusion!

Tip

Flower infusions can be made in the same way, and can be serve with a sugar swizzle stick.

Green Apple Tea

serves 4

1 Granny Smith Apple - organic
4 cups boiling water

Core the apple and slice.  Put the slices into a teapot or cafetiere and pour over the water.   Infuse for 10 minutes.  Serve.

Flowers to use:

Borage
Jasmine
Elderflower

Herbs can also me used:

Mint
Rosemary
Lavender
