Baked Eggs

This recipe is per person –

1 egg
salt and pepper
1 tbsp. double cream
2 teaspoons Boursin Cheese
butter – room temperature
1 ramekin
chives for decoration

Butter the inside of the ramekin.  Break the egg into the buttered ramekin, season with the salt and pepper, and then drop in the Boursin cheese.  Pour over the double cream and set the ramekins on to a baking tray.  Bake in the oven at 200ºC for about 8-10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and place the ramekin onto a dish.  Sprinkle over the chives and serve with warm bread.
