Amy’s Flavour of the Month November 2005
Every month I will be giving you a list of things
that I can’t get through the month without….

November is a time to eat curly kale and pomegranates
- Curly Kale needs to be well cooked and served with lots of
butter and black pepper and the poms are fantastic added to
salads or added to pilaff rice.

I was Up North this month and I bought some chickens form Piercebridge
Organic Farm in Darlington Co Durham – they were fantastic
the best chicken I have eaten in a long time! 01325 374251

My tour of the North took me to many farm shops and markets.
Northallerton’ s Lewis and Cooper www.lewisandcooper.co.uk
was a real treat and Castle Howard is doing a roaring trade
in their farm and chocolate shops www.castlehoward.co.uk

Berry Bros and Rudd have brought out a new liquor perfect for
a cold days shooting – Berry’s
Scottish Highland Liqueur
