Try my easy recipe for Cranberry Ginger Sauce
Cranberry and Ginger Sauce

500g bag fresh cranberries

230g caster sugar

125ml Red currant jelly

50ml water
-
1tbsp freshly grated ginger

1tbsp organic orange zest
-
1tbsp sherry vinegar
Combine cranberries, sugar, ginger, recurrent jelly and water in a large saucepan. Heat to a rapid boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 mins. Skim foam and remove from the heat. Stir in vinegar and orange zest. Pour into sterilised jars and cool.
Will keep for 3-4 weeks in the fridge.
